NeilSPENCERMargaret, Ann and Mark wish to offer sincere and grateful thanks for the many cards, letters, messages of condolence, prayers, donations to Diabetes UK, totalling £600 and flowers received from family, friends and neighbours. Special thanks to the staff at Springhill Care Home for the outstanding care and kindness given to Neil during his illness. Sincere thanks to everyone who attended Neil's funeral and also to family and friends who had travelled some distance. Thank you for the kindness and support from Neil Haydock and Neil's school friends.
